Side Mouldings Coming Off!

The thin mouldings on the side of my 97 maxima are coming off. By reading other message, it seems that this is common. I was wondering if anyone knew exactly how to fix this, if there are clips, and if its an easy do-it-yourself job.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

just get a good clue, which is sold at automotive stores for rubber to metal and before cluing, wash car so no dirt is there! Thats not a brainer! some people used other harsh method by drilling screwdriver into this molding stuff and into door! I saw a couple of Nissans done that way, and it was a scarry!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know i could just use glue but that is not the way nissan did it. I am wondering if anyone knows the proper way.
