Radiator Sprung A Leak! Help!

Just below the cap on the radiator...the plastic has cracked, and made a little hole (very small) but water and coolant was sprayed all over the engine. What should i do to patch it up?

Replacing a radiator is easy.
Flushing the coolant is time consuming but if you haven't done it in a while a good thing to do.
