what sensor is that? isnt it the one that is for the ac that senses pressure and then turns the compressor on? cause if that is the one, it is simple to replace.

Just because you donate does not mean you are helpful to other .org members. Although I wish to donate, right now is really not a good time for me. There are plenty of non-donating members who are much more of an asset to this community than some retarded donating members.

thats just ridiculous because i cant affford it, and if i donated 5$ , would that put the 'Donating Maxima.org Member' under my name and give me this all access front...
not to mention...on the stickies it has explanations for proly 90% of problems and not for 0803 or watever mine is...and it sends me to the search or a hidden site...thats just class all the way,

i didnt say that non-donating members arent welcome or helpful i just said that it wouldnt be fair for non-donating members to have acsess to all the stuff donating members do. if that where the case nobody would donate! please dont twist what i say.

sure they would, and thats how u get new donaters, because the non-donaters get the info from others who have access to other stuff, or knowledge...should the nondonater who has more knowledge not share his knowledge and ask for some status?
i dont see the point to any of this, but there is one thing for sure, i aint donating cause i cant afford it, university and rent takes priority

HUH? you get a donating status from donating! when they come up w/ a way to measure knowledge then we can tell the moderators and they will make a little status bar for those whos knowledge is above 80 points on the knowledge stick.

yeh man, u guys need to stop arguing. there are a lot of ignorant people out there(no offense, u have to start somewhere) and help can be really useful to them.

i know i benefited from reading for countless number of hours of stickies and threads
and saved me a bunch of money, time and broadened my mind.

so don't get mad, be glad.

the absolute preere sensor is the square box on the front of your intake that says boost sensor on it(it is acually on the intake snorkle at the very top by the opening of it(stock intake that is)). You can replace it easily in 3 min. Go to a junk yard and get a new one, and stuff it on there...very simple
it is there to measure atmosphereic pressure

I have a bag filled with wires and a couple more bags are on the way.

that sensor is used for on-board diagnosis. code appears when
1)excessive low or high voltage from sensor is sent to ecm
2)low voltage from sensor is sent to ecm under heavy load driving conditions
3)high voltage from sesnor is sent to ecm under light load driving condiitons

now solutions are
1) harness or connectors(aps circuit is open or shorted) or absolute pressure sensor
2)absolute pressure sensor
3)hoses(hoses between intake manifold and aps are disconected or cloged)
intake air leaks
absolute pressure sensor

hope that helps you

have i pointed to the absolute pressure sensor here?
im guessing its the most right arrow to the right because thats the only thing i could tell that fits the "mounted" descriptiong, but all these other arrows to me look like they can be sensors for all i know ...lol..
i looked for boost sensor or anything with writing in the general yellow area and found **** all...my car is sorta greased up
