Good reason to get Diamond-cut clears + Light ?

take a look at the pic, thats why i am getting the diamond cuts, good reason, huh? damn rocks. also, can anyone tell me where i can get them for the best price?
my question is 1) will 97-99 headlights fit with 95/96 grill? 2) do they make euro-clear side markers? (the light that is directly next to the headlight) and if so where can i get them. thanks
