Where can i find this and how much is it? Looked in stickies but found nothing bout HOW TO's.

It's a direct bolt on, just like removing/adding an intake manifold, get a Haynes manual. And in the stickys/FAQs you can find how to wire it.

Right now they're limited supply in the US, obtaining a 00Vi is easier, but installaion isn't.
