I asked sometimes ago but didn't have a good answers so here it comes again.

The control **** that operates the Fan speed for your AC/heating does not work for level 1. I always have to turn it to Level 2 or higher before it starts blowing. This is OK for AC but for Heat? Sometimes you don't need that much heat.

So, have anyone had this problem? how did you fix it?

My guess would be: Take out the unit and see what is wrong with it. It sounds like it wore out at level one and it's not connecting.
