simple question

if i get hids for my car will they melt the clear heads from custom??

you mean stock harness? or clear headlights from custom maxima?

Nope. From what I've heard they are actually a cooler bulb then a stock bulb. I have the black & chrome headlight with 6k Hella HID's and I haven't have any type of problems.

You heard correctly they run at a lower power/wattage, 35w vs 55w.
