Buy a switch and I have heated seats???

I was installing an amp under my drivers seat today and noticed that I had 2 plugs going into the seat. I unplugged the small one and all the power seat functions worked. Then I got to thinking - the other plug is for heated seats, which I do not have. I know a lot of Maximas came prewired for heated seats but my plug was plugged into a connector under the seat. There is another plug under the cup holder with the same colored wires. If I buy a switch and install it will I get heated seats? Is there any way to test this theorey? I have seen threads about similiar situations before but they always concerned a plug with nowhere to plug it in to on the seat - I think my seats already have the heating elements. Anyone ever seen this before?

My bet is that it's for the seat belt indicator.

You were right... It really had me going for a while though because its wires are the same colors as the heated seats plug under the cup holder.

For anyone who doesn't like wearing their seatbelt, if you just unplug the connector the light goes off and stays off.

You may be prewired for heated seats but if your seat doesn't have the heaters assembly inside it then it does you little good.
