symptoms of...
Slow accleration
inconsistant acceleration (sometimes car will go....sometimes it wont)
bad gas milage

whats wrong? knock sensors/ coilpacks?

im not throwing any CEL

Did you check the ecu for the most famous hidden code? When's the last time general maintanence was performed?

57,000 miles and no i havent checked the ECU, but what I dont get, why would it be hidden why cant it just throw it out there for me to see?

knock sensor, replace or see if its functioning properly

knock sensor will throw a code but no CEL

wow that was the definition of a bad Knock sensor.

Sometimes it will throw a code (light up the CEL) sometimes it will just be stored in the ecu.

0503 and 0303 will sometimes be stored also and not show a CEL light if its for a short period of time.
