where to buy 97 radiator drain plug?

where to buy 97 radiator drain plug?

is there an upgrade for the plasitc plug? i think mines messed up after putting it in because the plastic just bends so easily.

im thinking the next time i change coolants, i will get a new radiator plug. do i go to the dealer? or is there anythign avail out there?

seems tough to find something just for it.

For a little part like that, I'd just hit a junkyard (preferably a you-pull-it) and hope to find a 4th gen. Unless the dealer only wants $5 or less for it, then I'd go for a brand new one.

damn and i just threw away my old radiator about a week ago. just check a junk yard or go to someplace like kragen or autozone, normally i dont suggest places like that, but for something as small as a plastic drain plug, they should be fine and cheap.

bump.. i pmed him twice recently and dont know whats up.. but no reply from him recently, rather than his initial replies.

maybe he went on a trip or just ignoring me?

well im thinking bout getting a new one... bump for ideas..

ill ask them but i doubt they'll have...

i asked for small wierd thigns like bleed bolt caps for my calipers and they dont have..

i hope DAVEB gets back to me though..

thanks anyhow..
