Does it go away when you put it in Neutral at a stop?

Could be busted motor mounts.

The engine has a load on it when your on the brakes in 'D'. Its even more prominent if you are running the A/C compressor. It could be worn engine mounts.

all auto maximas do that , clean the Throttle body , clean the Idle Air Control valve and raise you idel speed just a tad , vibration will go away for while ,and than it will come back eventually.

Its all in the FAQ

Nick.
