I hate to say it but how is that filter doing anything? Especially with just an open screen on the end? If the air takes the path of least resistance, it will all go though the screen. Which is not filtering anything but large objects. All the dust etc.. would go right though

 

Actually the screen filters just fine, I know as I wouldn't have put it on the car if it didn't. I know you don't believe me and I don't expect you to as from the pic it looks like a POS. I did my lame tests using vacuums and air compressors and it didn't do much worse than the k&n I have around. I'm not worried, why should you be? After all everyone thinks I'm an *** so why would they care if my car gets ****ed over or not? Thanks for your concern Jeff.

i knew there would be some interesting setups, dave is working on a good project, i like the filter killervq is using, never seen that one...havent seen jeff92se type setup either. good stuff !

BTW. I've since put my stock mid pipe and resonator back on. Very happy with the results. The rest of the maf-back custom CAI is still there. Used a K&N filter also. A canister type vs the JWT cone type.

Is it just me or am I the only one here that says this maxima is rhd? The wiper motor is on the other side, along with the vin plate, then there is a lack of cruise and the fact that there is no brake fluid resivror. Maybe I am freaking out, but I call this a rhd.
