how to remove the dashboard????

how to remove the dashboard????

anybody got a write-up or a quick how-to on removing the dashboard? my dash makes noise everytime i hit a bump, i want to at least tighten it, or take it down and see if i can put some kind of felt of squeak tape behind it. thanks in advance.

i second this. my dash makes rattling under my VIN plate, and its really annoying. anyone?

Removing the middle portion of the dash is really easy, follow the stickies under bose repair.

As for the rest of the dash, good luck.

well, i've done that already. gone as far as removed the speedo and couldnt get to the problem. we need the DASH, not the radio assembly. but thank you anyways

First, take your A-Pillars off. Put some felt padded tape right where the A-Pillar touches the dash board on the very most bottom part. There is like a slot the A-Pillar slides into the dashboard. A little hard to get at, but put some felt tape on that and also the part of the A-Pillar that touches. I noticed after I did that the sides of my dash and A-Pillar didn't make noise.
