Hi guys,
My light do not work on dashboard/control panel (gauges, radio) the clock lights works, the radio works but no light either, the headlights, foglights and signal work. This started 2 days ago, but yesterday were working again, today didn't work. I drive really early in the morning and at night, so I do not see my speed at all.
Any idea where to start checking? maybe fuses?

check fuse also ur dimmer switch might be bad or u just turned it down check make sure it works i have a dimmer switch 4 sale if u need one

 

I checked and radio light go on while headlights are off, but as soon as turn headlight the light goes off; I checked a few fuses and seem fine; will check all of them tonight; what is the dimmer? a fuse or a relay? and where is it?
I did my 9007 bulb conversion a few weeks ago, but was fine before; also a year ago put an alarm and the installer did a really sloppy job and many wires all over the place. Maybe a short someplace.

 

This sounds a lot like your dimmer switch is turned all the way down. If the fuses were blown nothing would light up at all.

Fixed. You are right guys, it was the dimmer switch; went to car wash Saturday morning and was all the way down; You just save me $45 dls for 30 minutes labor or more; had an appointment with mechanic tonight. I feel really stupid but very happy. Thank you guys for the prompt response. I love this place.
