The LED in my 97 Manual A/C Control, the single 3MM LED that lights up the top 6 buttons, has been flickering, I took apart the A/C Control but the LED is on really good yet its still flickering well I took off the LED but broke the little resistor, now what? ... and why on earth is it flickering if the LED is on snug?

 

yo. i had the same thing happen to me on my hazard switch. All i did was put on a new one. I later tested the flickering one and it did not light up at all. They must be one of the few that are defective.
