replacing thermostat...cant get hose clamp off

I went to replace my 99 maxima's thermostat tonight...and the hose clamp is a screw/bolt type that just wont budge. I sprayed pb blaster on it, but I cant get it to budge. While fighting with it, I broke the bolt head off.

Any suggestions on how to get this clamp off so I can change my thermostat?

If it's just the hose clamp u broke...take a knife and cut the hose in pieces...it'll come off.

Cut the clamp with a small side cutter.
