ahh if this was to me... he just got the new machine and he was waiting for the stickers... he just got them (stickers) the day before.. so he started testing cars that day.... so thats why he said he didnt have stickers.. (it was a joke...) we laughed over our pinaple milk shakes... after my car he started usng the obdII

meaning he did it on the old machine which was emmisiions... and visual (by mechanic) of hte lights on the dash... so there were "no lights" and the emmissions my car passes with flying colors...
