It should be imprinted on rotor itself... either on the outer diameter or on the inside face...
If you've never turned the rotors before, you shouldn't have problems turning it at least 2-3 times... depending how much was taken off each time on the Lathe..

Rear rotor, minimum thickness 8mm.
Front rotor, maximum thickness variation 0.01mm.
Rear rotor, maximum thickness variation 0.02mm.
