Weird problem

Not sure what it is but i know its not batt, alt, starter, plugs or belts. but my damn car wont start when i crank it unless i feed it gas while turning the key. If i dont feed it gas it just cranks and cranks and turn and turn. Anyone have any advice? would be much appreciated

IACV? TB? if you gotta "give it gas" which is really giving it air, then something must be up with intake.

Check the ignition switch under your steering column, mine had burn marks where it shorted out due to crappy soldering when cranking, even had a battery blow up in my face. The new ones solder points are spread MUCH farther apart. It's only 20-30$ (and yes I had to give mine gas too) now it starts up as soon as the key is turned.

Yeah check if you have a good start signal. That might be what's wrong. There's a wire that goes from the ignition switch, to your fuse box, then to the computer that tells it when your vehicle is starting.
