Some days when I try to roll down the Rear Right window or auto-lock the door, nothing happens, it's like the door is "disconnected" yet the door close switch is fine. I've tried taking the door apart and securing connectors, and it only worked for about 15 mins then came back. Anyone else have this prob or know how to fix it?

sounds like you fixed your own problem. Its definitely a wiring problem and you were able to fix it for 15 mins. Figure out whats getting kinked.

I think the 12 volt supply wire to your door is kinked or cut somewhere. Look at where the wires pass through a sharp metal point.
