I know there was a post on this recently, but I cant seem to find it. Where can I get or order a Haynes Manual for my 96 max? Ive been to countless Trak Auto locations and Autozones but I cant seem to find one.

The manual might not be in stock at the autostores but they can order it. I got mine for around $12.

When I ordered mines from Amazon, they were out of stock. The order took around 2 weeks until I received it.

 

I hope that doesnt happen to me....I just got a 2nd confirmation from Amazon telling me that it has been shipped. I checked the UPS shipping code and it said that the pickup manifest had been received, so Im hoping for the best.

$12 for the Haynes repair manual is money well spent. A manual of some kind is vital to the home mechanic. Even if you don't intend to do your own repairs, it will acquaint you with the terminology and help you in conversation with your professional service provider.
