where in the world on the lssexhaust.com website is the budget Y-pipe that I've heard a lot about?

LSS Exhaust is a subsidiary of Budget Exhaust.

LSS = Budget.

They call it "F-Pipe" so on that link the first two are applicable to you. You just need to decide to go with aluminum or stainless steel.
