Saw a navy blue '95-'96 Max on the beltway Friday night going towards Tysons Corner, and I just couldn't keep up with him. From the looks of it, he had an exhaust, 17's, drop, and hyper whites. Whoeever you are, nice car, and fast too because I couldn't gain on you.
