0707 code

just received 0707 code, which happens to point to the rear Oxygen Sensor. How important is it to replace this and how much do they usually cost?
this is really frustrating because I just replaced the knock sensor and the engine coolant temperature sensor couple days ago. help please~

80 bucks or so.

1. Soak with penetrant
2. Unscrew old one
3. Replace with new one

If the old one is seized in place, take it to a muffler shop for them to torch it out.

Replace it.

Go on ebay, buy fake o2 cheater box for $30 and you'll be set. The rear o2 is there for no reason except monitoring the cat converter.
