...Tell me I just paid $80 from CustomEnterprise for these little eyelids! ...I know I shoulda bought them from Redline for $35,but I was lazy....DAMN...

Best way to put them on? sticky tape? glue? Do they go over the little nub on the headlight or do they sit above it?!

 

i think that they are usually adhesive on the back, and you just remove some kinda tape or something. and i have also heard that that top aiming **** has to be shaven off, depending on the type of eyelid, of course. hope they look great.

 

ouch 80? dam i paid 30 on ebay, neways you have to file down the top nub on the headlight then get some 3m doublesided exterior tape. it holds up to 5lbs and waterproof

 

damn...really dont wanna shave it down,but aright...got the double sided 2lb tape,so that should do...wish me luck on these,what should be, 24kt gold eyelids!

I dont know if its just gay Massachusetts...but I heard eyelids are illegal because they block light output? My friend had to take his off come inspection time....is that true?

 

I got **** during my last inspection for my red/clears

I specifically went at dusk so that they would be brighter... but just so happened that the mechanic doing my test had a 97-99 maxima and pointed out that I removed the red reflector from the bottom corners of the lights... and I said, "well the top still has red reflectors" and he still passed me.

Needless to say I will be visiting a different garage next year
