whenever im' idling...on the drive position...the car vibrates a tiny bit..it's noticible enough to feel it. i even hear my coins rattling a little since the little tray wasn't filled!! but anyway, can anyone suggest why this is happening? it's always been like this but i wouldn't mind fixing this problem and have an idle that feels like the car isn't even on.

another question..

sometimes i like to punch it off the line (to a high rpm range..sometimes up to 6.2k) against my friend's v6 camry...but then i notice my check engine light go on. it's gone on 3 times in the past...any reasons why? thanks

i had the same problem. fuel injector. get a new one or have yours cleaned out. you may want to try having it cleaned out and saving some money, but i decided to just change mine. maybe it was just my car, but that pretty much solved the problem.

The Check Engine Light is evidence that something is wrong. That
"something" may be any number of things, some major and some minor. It
might be nothing more than a loose fuel filler cap. The Engine Control
Module (the computer) detected a problem and turned on the Check Engine
Light. At the same time it stored one or more Diagnostic Trouble Codes.
Get someone to do a DTC readout for you. This is not a big deal, does not
require specialized "dealer only" test equipment, and should take less than
an hour. When you know the stored DTCs, you will have a fair idea of what
repairs are needed.

If you like to do your own "wrenching" you can do the DTC readout for
yourself. No special tools are required.

You will find instructions to do a DTC readout and reset
the Check Engine light at:

The DTC "translations" are found at:
