rough idling when in drive

I did a search, but nothing i found really seems like my problem. I have a 99 automatic, and after the car is warm and in drive (ie stopped at a light) I get what I can only describe as a rough idle. If feels like the car jumps a bit, or some one is bumping into the back of my car. I check my transmission fluid, it looks fine, I just had a tune up because I figured that there was a cylinder misfiring, and had autozone read my codes, nothing was on there. But I have yet to find the problem. Any insight?

Thanks,
Mark

Could be alot. MAF, coil packs, or other stuff. Look in the stickies on how to check the codes yourself, i wouldnt trust autozone to do that. its easy. Good luck.
