I got a P1130 error code from the obd-ii reader. What does this code mean and how can this be fixed? I've searched around cant find anything on this error code...

Double check the code - if the CEL is still set, pull the code using the ECU screw method outlined in the stickies... then get back to us. The FSM doesn't have the code you pulled listed (at least I couldn't find it).

My Check Engine Light illuminated and I download codes P1130 & P0325.
P1130 is Swirl Control Valve Control Solenoid Valve
P0325 is Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction (Bank I or Single Sensor)
Inspection of engine bay revealed unidentifiable vacuum line disconnected because the mounting bracket rivets failed and bracket vibrated the hose off.

I reset the codes, reconnected the vacuum line and used automotive superglue to mount bracket back to manifold.
Since reading posts looks like the vacuum line is for the swirl control (cold start) valve. I googled and found:

The purpose of the cold start valve is to inject fuel into the intake air stream when the engine is cold (and the starter operating) in order to richen the fuel/air mixture for easier starting.
