I ordered my ACT clutch today from Vitessi Motorsports. Anyone have the ACT street clutch?? I've heard only good things about them. Hopefully this new NON-SLIPPING clutch will get me well into the 14s. I ran a 15.0 with my badly slipping stock clutch, and a 14.9 with the stock clutch a few months ago without the catback.

Cool, so far my ACT Clutch feels 10X better then my damn Centerforce clutch, it is so much easier to engage because it snaps into gear when the peddle is only a couple inches off the floor. I have yet to take my car over 3K Rpms though becuase I have to break the clutch in. Next week when the clutch is broken in I will do a bunch of G-Tech pro tests! I can wait.

I got one put in on my Miata and love it. I got the street setup and it has quick progressive engagement, and it seems to hold great.

Which one did you get for your Max? 4 puck, 6 puck or street? Let me know how you like it for the Max as I'm gonna need a new clutch soon... 131,000+ miles on my stock clutch...

I'm also interested in how the ACT street clutch works. The clutch on my max is going and I heard that ACT was the best replacement. I want a clutch as close to the stock as possible (but not stock because it sucks with all it's groaning) because I won't be doing any heavy power mods and want a nice smooth clutch.

Tell me how you like it!
