Need pics of 4th gen with bra
#4
I have had a bra on my car since I bought my 1995 Maxima in 1996 (with 72,500 miles on it). When I bought my car I had no alternative to put a bra on because of the rock chips on my hood up front from when I bought it (other than painting it of course). I am getting a brand new hood which will make my bra obsolete this very week. Pictures will soon be posted. But here is the picture you were looking for....Lata!

That's the problem...
My family's 97 GLE has a bra, and I think it looks like ****. It just keeps old car soap, salt, dirt, etc. underneath the bra until you take it off to clean. When I did that, the bra became distorted, and doesn't fit flush anymore.

I would recommend NOT getting a bra....it will discolor your paint and leave a line where the top of the bra touches the hood over time. Unless you're doing highway driving on a daily basis AND regularly remove and clean your bra (like you're supposed to do) I would not get one if it was for aesthetic reasons only. Lata!
