tyty. sure i have no problem showing pics of the engine bay and the interior and outside shots.

i gotta grab some zep orange cleaner and pour that on the engine bay, its dirty right now :-\ and the obx intake looks ugly! the only thing that looks fun is the strut bar lol

the inside is cloth, cuz im not too big of a fan of leather, but i was looking at this site that offered seat covers, i was looking at the black/blue ones and the aluminum dash trim kit as well. the interior is basically stock, besides the gauges, the sound system, and the rosary and philippine flag beads hanging from the rearview hahaha!

Nice car! The jury is out on the benefits a UDP provide to a 4th Gen. You might want to save your money and take a pass on the UDP.

ACTUALLY, it WAS an inch lower... but i couldnt make it to my driveway at home when i wanted to wash and wax the car.

besides, the roads in nyc are friggin ridiculous. i raised it an inch couple weeks ago and softened the suspension up just a little. from all the places ive been to with the car since im back in queens, that one lil extra inch has saved my bottom and the body kit

Very nice ride! Perhaps you can make it even nicer by:

1) Buying smaller, sportier wheels
2) Increasing the amount of drop
3) Putting on a stillen kit instead
4) Going FI
5) Painting chrome parts (e.g. door handles, etc.) body color
6) Upgrade front/back caliper/discs

Good luck!

nice

Damn that thing doesnt even resemble a maxima anymore....i am more of a classical maxima user, so i like straight stock appearance, but that commands attention which is pretty cool Props, you must got that mad loot hook up.

hey man, thanks for putting the pics up. But as some have said. It would be great if you can get a side shot of the car. And how are the offset? Do they stick out at all? Because i know the rears are 8.5 inches and the fronts are 8 inch on the 350z. That is my main concern. If i do this i am going to paint them gunmetal.

ok time to answer everyone questions and to ask more LOL

(btw i just did an 11hour valet shift, sh-t was crazy, 1 out of 3 jobs)

um, the paint job was basically the only thing NOT done by me or my friends. lol so basically, the car is 'home made' haha made with love, the way it should be.

BESIDES PEOPLE SHUD DO THEIR OWN WORK TO THEIR OWN CARS, im sick of all these posers hanging out at parks and what not, simply taking it to a place to do it

you just feel 1000x happier and prouder knowing that when people say 'hey man nice car' you know that it was all b/c of you (but if you have money for pro installations and what not, do you, im not hating, i just dont have the funds for stuff like that and id rather know my car inside out).

ill put up some interior shots of the car AFTER i switch all the lights within the car to BLUE and WHITE LEDS. (my interior sucks guys, its just tan. the only nice things i guess is the gauges and the STS)

the paint job, dont rmbr how much, gotta look for the receipts.

yes, the body kit and the color attract attention, that can be a good and a bad thing.

Very nice ride! Perhaps you can make it even nicer by:

1) Buying smaller, sportier wheels --> yeahh looking for lightweight rims >18lbs, i really think the 350z rims are killing my acceleration :-\
2) Increasing the amount of drop --> had to raise it, cudnt even make it into my driveway!
3) Putting on a stillen kit instead --> hey man, i like my kit... stillen is iite
4) Going FI --> im seriously considering TC or SC. but if i do, im gon have to upgrade a lot of things, like my cams and headers.
5) Painting chrome parts (e.g. door handles, etc.) body color --> my friend asked me to take out my entire dash and paint it, i said no, but the chrome door handles is a possibility i saw it on one of the maxima sites. brushed aluminum dash trim kit and gauge bezel maybe too, and those door inserts! ahh dont get me started
6) Upgrade front/back caliper/discs --> yeah the brembos are nice, but ive been looking at the brake upgrades -cross drilled and slotted -

to LUDE AEM (i pm'd you also) - the rims just fit right on, HOWEVER rotating them might make the car look awkward, i read in a post that the 8.5s stick out more in the front (its noticeable he said). the back part of the chassis i tried stiffening the shocks up, because since they are wider, when i hit bumps the tire occassionaly does scrape. its nothing deep to make the tire blow, but it happens. the fronts are fine, no issues at all.

? ---- > anyone have any idea HOW HEAVY THOSE 350Z RIMS ARE? im thinking 22-28 lbs?

LASLTY, ill try and make it to the meet, id like to see what ill creations other max owners in nyc have. i parked a 3rd gen max today with the led gauge mod and it only makes me wish that the led's i ordered would come sooner haha

if you're thinking of painting your handles let me know, i have a set of painted handles that i wont need in a couple of weeks that you can have. painting the chrome will only cause it to chip.
