(00vi) ------ is there an easy way of finding one of these, iv been lookin on the org and other websites, but no love, i know alot of other people have been looking too, are they that hard to come by...where else could i look thanks

www.car-part.com. They shouldn't be all that rare, there were on all of 2000-01 Maximas. You will be needed some adaptor plates as well. As said, the all motor forum is your friend for this.
