i think i'm done modding the exterior of my car, i only had this since dec. of 04.....soo....i guess you can say i did quite a lot. y-pipe is coming in less then a week. n exhaust is coming hopefully in 2 weeks... after that.. i think i'm done. oh, i also have a flip out, 2 sony 12's sony head unit. n i also have hids. i also have fog lights, but they're the catz sp projector, too big to fit through the bumper, gonna have to fit it in somehow. n i also have an intake. but anymore exterior mods?? i dun want a stock spoiler, but maybe an aftermarket, but dunno which ones look good. anyways, just wanted to show off some pics..-= ) n i dun like the body kit, cause i think its kinda a waste of money for the i30

P.S. i don't care what you say bout the decal, i think its the best performance mod ever!!! 20+ hp easy!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rest of the car is fresh, I like the pinted headlights, the wheels look fresh with the color of the car. Nice look. I've seen a n I30 body kit that would look sick on you car and complete the look, gotta find out the name of it thought, and find pics.

nah, the paradox body kit seems like i'm just throwing stupid plastic pieces on. i know my car isn't fast enough for the banner to be true, but hey, i gotta start somewhere. i was thinking about boosting the car, but then i wasa like, how abou a 3.5 swap. then i was like, if i do a 3.5 swap, then might as well do a tranny swap. but then i was thining, if i'm gonna do that, might as well as go for the 6th gen engine, but then i was thinking, what if i swap the 6th gen engine n tranny, n then turbocharge it. n then i realize it was all a dream and that i will never have the money to do it. but anyways, i'm as low as i can be. well, i was lower b4, but then i literally scrape everywhere like i do now. but the hid's i have right now, they say 27k. thats right. 27K. not 2K not 7K but 27K. its really purple. i'll take a picture of it at night, its ridic...

 

i don't really get bothered by my tints. its 5% in the backs n 35% in the front. i guess its because the front is noticeably lighter than the back, that the po-po's don't bother me with it. i usually drive with traffic or speed limit so i guess they respect that. you can't see anything from the outside in the backs either day or night. its kinda cool, my friend one time opened the wrong side of the door to get in cause one of my friend was already sitting in the car. we all yelled "WRONG SIDE" n he was like, sorry...its not my fault i couldn't see inside. that was the first day i did my tints. kinda funny...

 

Hey I like it. But dude, "now you see me??".......................... Take those ridiculas banners off the car and it would be really nice. The banners just bring you down to the kiddie crowd imho. Unless you are running 8-12 psi into the engine

 

the top of my car looked really plain, n i didn't like it, so i decided to put something on the top, it looks a lot better now with the decals. i know i could of chosen better decals, but i kinda like it "now you see me" "now you don't". so many ppl want to race me because of those decals. but then it ticks them off cause i won't bite...-= )

LOL!!..yea most of the time they do, but if its a car thats kinda close to the hp i have, i usually out drive them. In EX. just picking the right lanes to switch to by looking ahead.

 

You can always out race someone if you are more familiar with local traffic pattern and stop lights

Oh, and consider shaving the "I30" emblem.

I agree with everyone else...you are car is really clean, I love the headlights and the rims it really goes well with the color but the banner has to go...its KILLING the clean look IMO. Overall....NICE RIDE

 

i dun wanna shave any emblems since it is a 7 yr old car. i'm afraid that the paint difference will look ugly. so i'm gonna jsut stick with the emblem n not take the chances that there will be an i30 sign still there due to the paint fading on the rest of the car. n i'm most likely going to the Johnson Park meet. but i'm just afraid that everyone is gonna stone me for that banner..heeh..-= )

Looks clean minus the banner. I would suggest some spacers for the back wheels to make the car look full, the wheels are too far in the fenders IMO.

 

are you saying the back seat windows are darker than the front seat windows? does that not look weird? also do you have tint on the front window what is it and what is it on the back? thanks im looking into tinting.

yea, there's glare, but i got a good deal on the cefiro n hid's together so i'm not complaining.

Yes, the tint is darker on the back then the front. the back window n rear windows are all 5% n the front is 35%. not the front window is not tinted. n it might look a lil wierd, but better then getting tickets all the time for tints.

 

dam son that is one badasss i30, one of the nicest ive seen, for the fact that i dont really see that many moded i30s in the tristate area. but props to you and i know u like the banner but if u get rid of it your car would look real clean.
