For those who cut out the slats in their 4th gen grille

What method did you use to cut out the vertical slats in the grille (eg. like Jason's grille below)? Those vertical slats are the worst addition to the grille design IMO. I'm thinking of doing another bulge-style mesh for it.
Dremel? Hacksaw?
