another maxima with CE red/clears

I got these in the afternoon, came back from work at 12 am and installed these. As some people said, they don't fit well, and you will need to trim the piece of plastic that holds the screw, the red light looks a little pinkish (when the lights on), the small 194 bulb socket doesnt turn and snap into place unless you have really strong hand (i used pliers), but other than that, they are so much better than the stock tails. these problems arent major and not bothersome enough to return these. i love these tails, since it was so late at night, this is the only pic i can take...

Eh, they still stick out like a sore thumb with how "bright" they seem to be. The Tezzas seem to mesh better in my views. Cant wait till I get my David L's!

you are right abou "bright," it is very bright when you use the brakes, turn signal, and reverse....very bright light, kind of like an HID back up, turn signal, and brake light..lol

I was thinking about David L clears before i purchased my CE red/clears, but no way would i spend $300+ on taillights.

I had the money available, so I am glad I waited for a set of David L's with all the problems that seem to come with the CE tails.

But what would you do if say, God Forbid, a SUV backs up or even pushes up on your car, and they have those grill things that stick out, They break your taillights, and there goes your rare David L's.

Simple solution to that..........DTM it. I got mine last nite and was getting ready to DTM it and found that the tails are damaged.
