Keyless Entry: Need FCC ID for 95 Max Key Fob
Hey Guys,
Stupid me, I didn't realize that my 95 Maxima GLE came from the factory with keyless (I've never had the key fob so assumed I didn't have keyless).
Lots of key fobs are on sale on Ebay. I can get one cheap if I know the FCC ID for a 95 maxima (built in 1994 - check your door jamb.) Apparently the FCC ID is different for maximas built after May 1995 (these would technically be 1996 model year).
LET ME KNOW WHICH CODE YOU HAVE ON YOUR FOB!!! Thanks guys!

You don't need the FCC ID. Any of them will work... e.g. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33723
As long as it looks like that, you'll be fine. Don't PAY for programming instructions - check the stickies for those.

Yeah, I've got the programming instructions. I've even done them to see if the car would respond, and it did, so I know that I can get to the stage where the car beeps twice and waits for a button push from the remote. Now I just need to pick up an ultra cheap one.
I have been informed by some people at http://www.nissanforums.com (an inferior and quasi dead forum) that Nissan switched frequency ranges and FCC ID from 1996 model year onward. One ebay seller also has remotes and lists a very short range for 1995 remotes (nissans built from Feb 1994 to May 1995).
YOU MAYBE 100% RIGHT, but if someone would tell me the FCC ID from from their 1995 GLE then I would know for sure! That way I don't have to risk getting a remote that won't work. Thanks guys! I'm sure someone will come through on this!
Just check the back of your remote!

Cool! Thanks man! There's one on ebay with this info but doesn't list the year. Does your ISC code look the same, too? I'm not sure what that even is, but I'm curious.
FCC ID: A269ZUA078
ISC: 700 K1359

Keyless Entry: Need FCC ID for 96 Max Key Fob
Friends ,
I lost my "remote contoller" (key entry remote) and I do not have FCC ID or Number (ISC) to find one at ebay.
Does someone know if there are differents IDs?
Thanks for the lead!

Try this as a reference. JY's and Ebay have what you want. I've sold a few myself.
