Heated Seat Switch Replacement

I need to get a new headted seat switch for the passenger side...Is it hard to install myself? Does anyone know where I can get one besides the junkyard? I do live in Canada and a lot of OEM stores don't ship to Canada. Hope someone can help.

to remove the old switch quickly, remove the e-brake leather cover, stick your fingers in the hole. and start lifting the old switch up with some force, it should pop out. then disconnect the harness and reinstall is reverse of removal.

most likely your led just burnt out. mine did that also.

I literally broke the switch LOL when i clicked it off when I switched it off after my friend left it on. The button doesn't click anymore, it just moves back and forth...Doesn't go on. But I really wouldn't mind getting one without the LED. Maybe I can fix it...However, I tried the going under the e-brake boot and trying to push it out. No luck. Is there a way to remove the e-brake boot because I could figure it out.

I just took a flat head screw driver and I pryed the switch out. Use a lil force, it wont break.

mine does the same thing...my drivers side flicks back with no light and it seems a little off. The heated seat seems to be not as hot to? any ideas?

I remember removing mine from when I painted my dash since I painted the tiny little trim around each of the heated seat buttons. It's easier to remove the switch by removing your cupholder (it just pops out) rather than screwin with the e-brake boot and stuff (sometimes it's a b__ch to get it to seat properly again after removing it)
