Is the 5th gen tranny a direct swap???

Ok, so I just got the call from my buddy at the Nissan dealership.... It is infact the transmission thats bad.... I've seen people put 5th gen trannys in the 4th gen, but I need to know if it is a direct swap...... let me know.

00-01 5spds bolt right up to the engine. Use the 5th gen speed sensor. Also, the shifter will sit a tad further back.
