Brake issue---
Brake issue---
I got drilled/slotted rotors last year and had them set-up with quiet-stop raybestos pads and SS brake lines. My prob is that when I stop it is obnoxiously loud which I have read is a problem with the rotors, I think. When i got them I didn't the whole breaking in of the pads with the going 50ish and stopping hard to evenly distribute and coat the rotor, but, the noise is still loud inside.
My questions is to anyone with these rotors: which brake pads have you used that seem to make the noise less noticable? I am stoked about the stopping power but the noise is getting a little too much after a year....music can only cover it so many times. Thanks for any help

What kind of noise are they making, squealing or groaning?
A minor groaning sound is normal, especially from a highway speed stop on a x-drilled or slotted rotor.
