what do you think of these rims?

Anyone know about SSC Performance rims? I am looking into these, let me know what you think:

well, they're not HRE rims...that's for sure.

But very nice rims nonetheless. (except for the chrome of course)

probably 17"s. they are actually sold at sears. I don't have too much money to spend so that's why i was looking into them. they would run me $480 for all 4 + tax.

why is the chrome bad? i actually think it looks as good as somewhat "dull" grey-painted finishes.

I'm more concerned about their quality anyhow, so if anyone has heard of them please let me know.

the problem with chrome is that its heavy...and that will slow you down

I didn't know that - thanks for the heads up.

Anyone know of any decent rims that are around < $600 for all 4?

go to www.wheelmax.com......they got a lot of good deals if you want some cheap rims. Pretty sure you can even find 18's for 600.

They all look like BBS knock offs??? I was looking at those same ones, no to bad of a deal and the cool thing about tire crack is they will mount the tires you buy at the same time for freeeeee.
