Fuel INJ lean left/right codes

Ok so today I pulled up the following codes:

FUEL INJ SYS RIGHT BANK: LEAN
FUEL INJ SYS LEFT BANK: LEAN
MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRING

What do these fuel codes mean? how much is it to fix it?
This might be the cause of my rpm's going below 500 and jumping up and down when the engine is warmed up and the car shaking extremely in the process. I recently changed all 6 sparkplugs and maybe the misfiring code will dissappear the next time I will run the codes when the CEL pops up.
Positive feedback is appreciated.

sounds like clogged injectors. Try running some injector cleaner to see if that will help, if not you might either need to take off clogged injectors to be testes and cleaned or new injectors completely.

the misfire could be a side effect of the injectors.
