law suit could be possible but if the car came up with stolen plates ebay seller can say he took picture after that or some lame reason and i doubt he really care allows his car to be showed off more now that hes not around

But sence this car was stolen there can be more involved..

the copyrights to images on cardomain are held by the original creator of the image (in this case, araffio) and liscensed for unlimited use by cardomain as part of the terms of service. if either of them chose to do so, both araffio AND cardomain would potentially have a case against this ebay seller (i doubt cardomain's claim would hold up in court, though, and even araffio might have trouble since he only has a de facto copyright on that photo).

i highly doubt any of that will happen though, given araffio's... situation, both in terms of the fact that his maxima was stolen and that tag is no longer valid, as well as everything else that's happened.

i think they mean 2 1/3 to 7 as in "two and one third years to seven years" as someone already pointed out
