Adjusting the brake pedal

The top of my pedal sits about 5.5" off the floor. Spec is ~6.5" according to the Haynes manual. Unless I depress the pedal more than 2", there is 0 pressure. I read the Haynes manual section regarding adjustment but I cannot figure out where the "brake booster clevis" is. Any help?

that's what the pic shows but it didn't do me any good. I did however solve the problem of too much play in the pedal. Needed a bolt is all.

The clevis looks like a rod with a "U" on teh end, and then another rod that connects into that. on the "U" tipped rod there should be threads and locking nut, you adjust it my detaching the rods and then adjusting the nut. It is probably behind the dash if you can not see it at the booster. Be careful though, too much adjustiong and you will eitehr have no brakes, or always have brakes.
