Need help quick!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my y-pipe in yesterday, and today i'm installing it. I got all of the bolts off except one. I've sprayed everything I have at it, Wd-40, PV Blaster ect... and it still won't come off. Any tips would be helpful.

i've had the same problem working at the shop. the best thing to get it off is a air chizzel or if you don't have access to a chizzel, a hack saw will do the trick. i know it doesn't sound like the best i know but, just go to a nissan dealership and order a replacement nut and bolt. hope this helps.

if you can get it in there a dremmel with a metal cut off wheel.. a hack saw.. a torch.. or a very long braker bar that will either loosen it or brake the bolt

i'm having the same problem too. Mine is where the cat connects to the Y-pipe. i stripped the hell out of the bolt head. i'm thinking of using a mini grinder with a cut-off blade, whatya guys think? How did you guys do it?
Also it doesn't look like there's a nut on the otherside holding the bolt(cant see cause theres a lot of rust around it). if i cut off the head of the bolt should the rest of the bolt come right out?

Can't see pic. But try using a 3/4" drive socket/breaker bar with a pipe extension. You will either get it off or break the bolt. Either way it's off

Thanks for the help Guys... But I'm gonna go with the chizzle, we have air tools that came with our compresser. I didn't even know we had a chizzle set.

The chizzle worked just fine...y-pipe is on, and no "bees". Kinda like Warpspeed.
