You want to be annoying eh?

If you get it with a decently quiet muffler, it takes away from the y-pipe rasp ... If all you are using will be the the glass pack, then that's just

I have a 36" glass pack, into a cheap "turbo" muffler, and it sounds quiet, no rasp with a small low drone @ 1800.

It quiets it down if you use it with a muffler. .

i always thought that a glasspack could be considered that a glass pack turns power into sound, so it would mean that a max would be louder than a civic with one

We have 188 cu/in dia .. It doesn't turn power into sound .. Stop reading hot rod magazine and refer it back to your car..

If you're going to have a y-pipe and not use a conventional resonator, use the glass pack to get rid of the rasp, if all you're using is the glass pack and nothing else, it definately wont sound like a 454.

And now it's corrected @ 182 ... 2988 is better and more accurate since there's less room for error and greater presicion.
