It would help if you specified your engine trouble. Seems like your just showing off pics of your car more than needing help, or maybe I'm missing it. Is your bumper a few shades off or is it the sun?

it you list your problems you can get some feedback on how to help.

You need to be a little more specific. Folks here want to help, but we have to know in more detail what is going on witht your car. If you do not know the other 2 problems how can we try to help?

Seriously, Your going to need to be far more specific that that. Give some codes, symptons, what the car is doing something. We cant read your mind so saying you need help but not telling with that area specifically doesnt help. And you didnt even provide a link to your old thread so you cant expect us to automatically know.

I got your PM.
To tell you the truth, you need to find a better mechanic.

Meanwhile, go to autozone, have them retrieve ALL the codes and write them down. Come back here and post each and every code they retrieve.

We can't help you without that.

Did the legal driving age go down? Didn't know 15 year olds are even able to get a learners permit let alone drive.

i dont even know where to start. -1234353343 on the fart tube.

Meanwhile, go to autozone, have them retrieve ALL the codes and write them down. Come back here and post each and every code they retrieve.
or:

How to get the code:
http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecu.html

What the code means:
http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecudecoder.html

There are more detailed definitions of the codes and what they mean in this thread: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?threadid=235667

Next on the list would be the normal 60k mile tune up. Spark plugs, knock sensor(optional but i bet you need it) oil change, Throttle body cleaning. http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/maintenance.html

Then read al lthe FAQs and the How To's. Also of good information can be found. Then donate 20$ to get the search feature or do the poormans advanced google search.

explain the problems. i bet some1 has had the same problem as you before.

pull the codes, list them on here and then ask for help. if you can't even tell people what the problem is, how are they suppossed to know how to fix it?

Is that really necessary guys? The kid obviously needs some advice. And don't dis the car. It looks good overall. It's dropped and the rims look good. As for the muffler, well it looks like he had a little fender bender and the exhaust got bent up a bit. That would explain the scrapes on the rear, too. As for the dash kit, if he doesn't like it, he can easily remove it. It's just stick-on vinyl. No biggie.

Don't panic yet about the engine codes. They may be minor things (Oxygen sensors, knock sensor, etc). Please go to one of your local autoparts stores and get the trouble codes. We will do our best to offer advice (minus the immature folks on here...)

The bumper is cut out to accomidate the Supra stlye exhaust, I don't think the car was hit by a go-kart.

I like the rare color though.

Well in Florida you can ride a 125cc motorcycle after you get your learner permit at 15, you can drive a car with a licensed 18-year old in the car with you. At 16 you can get your full license and at 18 you can get your chauffer's license (GVW<25,000). I know in NY it's different, I remember at age 16 having to drive some my older NY cousins back from a family get together because they weren't allowed to drive at night.

In this photo guys, he really needs to get the engine worked on. The CAI is nice though, however, the parts around the CAI are very tarnished. Looks like the car has been near an ocean. If you look at the tranny post, very bad. Also, he has a leak on the upper manifold. (the aluminum rib cage)

Everything needs work. If you have rich parents, give them a list of stuff to buy and go find a professional mechanic to help you out or come here. NGK is a really good product for spark plugs. The japanese knew what worked with that engine. Disguised has a 300z engine. Before driving your car, do the work on it first. You could ruin the block. Do all the routine maintainence. ( typo-s)

Now 200hp. After...???

Good luck.
