Not sure about these coilovers - so bear with me..

Did you have to use strut mounts with these? Did you re-use or replace the strut bearings?

i had to reuse strut bearings
but what im thinking it is ...the front springs i had to put a metal peice that sit right on top of the spring....metal to metal contact..could this be it

Not sure what metal piece you are talking about - but it was probably not a good idea to reuse the strut bearings.. if you do end up taking it apart again, put in a new bearing... its worth the 20 bucks.

Did you use spring isolators on the upper and lower coils of the springs? (Rubber pieces to prevent metal on metal contact on the upper and lower spring seats).

Fancy word of a piece of rubber that you wrap around the coils so that the coils don't contact the spring seats/perch directly..

Sounds likely - but can't say for sure since I can't see/hear it for myself.

k if the noise is like a clank.. or if you hear it iwnd up aand then release or anythign its def bearings.. and specially if its at a stop and its making noises cause very little metal to metal contact that would make noise when car is stopped... use the spring isolators. i got mine form everyhting nissan for liek 20bucks for like 4.. and they help alot with cruising on bumpy or bad roads... no noise... and also the bearings ... def change themm... its like 18 bucks at parts authority.. and its crucial to turning...
