Well i dont kno bout you guys but my 85 came with a full size spair but i took it out to get fixed and never put it back in...

the way i see it is if your car is that slow that having something in your trunk slows you down then u need to get more power instead of getting rid of saftey measures

Bobo, my 97 se came with an lsd trans, which i killed anyway, but i guess mine was rare, cause i have heard more than once that the US max's didnt come with lsd...

Its a good idea and I might put a Full size spare in my car. I recently had to use my spare but was already parked at home when I needed it. I thought to take out the spare and save a little weight, which will save me a little on gas but I know, as soon as that spare comes out somethign will happen.

Not much weight is saved, and not much better MPg will be obtained. Unless you have AAA or some other road side assistance, dont take out the spare.
