what a fuktard, no way you could swap out the internals of the a vg and a vq.

The bore on the vq block is .22" larger than the vg's pistons.
You couldn't put the vg heads on the vq block since the bore of the combustion chamber of the vg is smaller. You might be able to bolt it on, but would prolly get detonation.

The only way your car can have 280hp with the 3.0L is with a 75 shot of nitrous, or 50 shot of nitrious with the 2000 maxima intake manifold, turbo, or supercharger. You could drop in the 3.5L engine and have 280hp with a few mods.

he is def. a fuqtard like said above. what kind of an idiot doesnt believe you can swap auto to manual if he can supposedly rebuild a max with a j30. and im guessing that the whole reason that he had to rebuilt was cus he was running the rice juice.

You may be able to get the J30's heads to fit, but it wouldn't do much even if it did work well. Variable timing on nissans only helps with low end torque, not peak power. It only increases torque 3-5% at low rpm's.
The power killer on the 95-99 maxima engine is the intake manifold and the y-pipe. The 00+ have variable intake manifolds that add around 30hp. This is the primary difference between the 95-99 engine and the 00-01 engine. If you put the 00 intake manifold on, advanced the timing, redid the entire exhaust, ECU flash, piggyback a/f ratio controller, you would still not have anywhere near 280hp.
On maxima.org, the most powerful 3.0L modded engine without turbo/SC, or juice is 210hp at the wheels. This translates to 247hp at the crank.
Your ebay feedback record reflects your honesty. 85% is pathetic. Why are you deceiving people in advertising that your engine has 280hp when it prolly only has 210?
Your emails reflect your maturity. I never compared my car to yours and I live nearly a couple thousand miles away. Your car would prolly beat my car 0-60, but in the 1/4, the top end power of the 00 maxima will win. It doesn't matter anyways, is the measure of a man the speed of his car? I like to have a fast car because it's fun to drive, not because I think I'm better than someone else.
