Bit OT. Is JB weld as hard and strong as an arc or mig weld?

I doubt it, seems more like a reinforced body filler or a really tough plastic weld. You may be able to search hidplanet because I remember there being a thread on someone trying to find out how to remove jb weld.

I doubt that stuff is as strong as a real weld. If this were a real weld you could gouge it, but its not so just try grinding it with a dremel, or angle grinder if its big enough.
